Those of us at SFI stand firmly by the ideals of social justice, while recognizing that we all have a long way to go in understanding the extent of the injustice and inequality suffered by people of color. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion have always been a part of our dialogue, but it is now time to make Diversity an imperative.
